The closer you get to real matter, rock air fire and wood, boy, the more spiritual the world is.

I believe scuba diving is the yoga of the ocean and being underwater is the ultimate mindful meditation.  When I’m practicing yoga and diving I focus on my breathing and aim to relax my body to find the most effortless movement possible.  In addition to the inward journey, diving connects me with life underwater.  Learning about the oceans and interacting with the animals that live there has opened my eyes and shown me how connected we all are.  Even small choices on land, like using a straw, can have a huge impact on the animals in the sea.  The fate of the animals in the ocean is humanity’s fate as well.

I am a PADI certified instructor.  If you’d like to learn how to dive with me I can help you become a certified diver.  If you are already certified and would like to learn more or be guided on fun dives I can also take you diving.  I also specialize in underwater photography and videography.

At the moment I am working and diving out of Hawaiian Rafting Adventures in Lahaina, Maui.  You can check out the shop’s website here:  https://www.goscubadivemaui.com//  We offer 2 tank dive trips to Lanai Monday through Friday for certified divers.  I also work independently to offer a variety of PADI courses including the Discover Scuba Dive Experience, Open Water Course, and many specialty courses.

If you are a yogi and a diver, or are curious to see how the two disciplines interact, you can join me for one of my special beach yoga and scuba diving excursions.  Offerings vary from beachside vinyasa classes with a dive or beach clean up to private training sessions.  Feel free to follow me on instagram or check out my GoSesh page to see the upcoming public schedule and sign up https://www.gosesh.co/c/cj8336.  If you’d like to book a private, send me a message.

I can’t wait to take you diving!
